Credit purchases
When Coming soon is displayed, credit purchases on Zombie Couple are unavailable. When purchases become available, contact us about refund requests or delivery problems. Requests are reviewed against the order and credit usage; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Contact support@zombiecouple.app with your order ID and the issue; never send card details or account credentials.
Generation failures
A confirmed failed generation releases its reserved eligible credits. This is different from a payment refund. A pending or unknown request must be resolved before its reservation is released. Resume the existing request to avoid creating another chargeable generation.
Variable results
AI output varies and may not match an exact pose, face or scene. Review the example and quoted credit cost before generating. Report technical delivery problems to support. Mandatory consumer rights apply.
