The service

Zombie Couple is an AI video service. This policy covers zombiecouple.app.

Accounts and photos

When generation is available on Zombie Couple, the following account and photo handling applies.

Sign-in uses Google. Your account, credit balance and browser session belong to this service. We process your uploaded photos and generation settings to create the requested video, using server-side storage and the configured AI provider, rather than processing only on your device.

Privacy and providers

Signed-in results default to private. Turning off Private gallery allows a completed result to be shared through the public gallery. Uploaded references and prompts are not included in that listing. The underlying service uses Neon for account and task data, Cloudflare R2 for files, fal.ai for generation, and configured content-screening providers. Use only photos you have permission to process.

Retention and requests

Uploads, results and task records are retained for account access and operation; there is no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Download videos you want to keep. Contact support@zombiecouple.app from your account email for access, correction or deletion requests. Billing records may need to be retained separately.

Referral cookies

We use a first-party referral cookie to remember the first and most recent source of a visit, such as a search engine or campaign link, for up to 30 days. It is separate from photo storage and does not contain your uploaded images. We skip this attribution cookie when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Payments and analytics

When purchases are available, payment forms are hosted by our configured payment provider. This site does not collect payment-card details. Basic server logs support security and operation. Google Analytics is loaded only when a measurement ID is explicitly configured; uploaded photos and generation prompts are not sent to that configuration.
